Rhinocast ductile iron access covers are a full suite of access covers rated to class B, C, D and G (AS 3996). Available in circular, square and rectangle configurations in single, multi-part and trench runs, covers can be made for all load classes.
All covers have a drawcut and undercut which prevents the cover from lifting when placed in trafficked areas. The strength of the frame and cover gives a single contact area where sealing grease can be applied for a gas and water seal. Standard or security bolts prevent ingress in back pressure situations and also provide an additional level of security.
Covers are available with a solid top, with an anti-slip solid surface, or recessed with pockets that are filled onsite with concrete or any suitable pavement material. A stainless or brass decorative edge can be fixed to the cover and frame to provide an attractive finish to minimise visual impact.
