Agreement for the provision of product information in the miproducts database.

To provide Product Technical Statements (PTS) based on the standard miproducts template, populated with product data by the manufacturer/supplier to reflect each designated product's technical requirements. Product listing blocks covered by this agreement are:

Fee Agreement

• Standard listing of manufacturer/supplier's contact details and list of products (Refer to pricing schedule table above): NO CHARGE
• Annual fee for listings of Product Technical Statements is dependent on the Listing Block you choose. The service agreement must be completed in order for your Product Technical Statements to be visible in the search results.

Interpretation

• The annual renewal date for all Product Technical Statements covered by this agreement shall be determined by miproducts.
• Refer to the miproducts pricing schedule for details of what is provided under standard (free) listings and PTS.
• Access to and use of the miproducts database are set out in the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy
