The Air Walker and Dip & Crunch Station is one of 8 units in our Max Health Outdoor Gym Equipment range. These units each include two workout stations with specific muscle toning exercises.
Air Walker
Grasp handle bar and step onto foot pads. Move the foot pads back and forth in a striding motion.
Dip
Step between bars and grip them. Support body weight with arms. Slowly lower and raise body by bending arms.
Crunch
Back into the bars and grip the handles. Support body on the forearms. Slowly raise and lower thighs to the horizontal position
