Product Description
KlassikDrain is available in 100mm, 200mm and 300mm widths
and is a general purpose trench drain comprising modular Polycrete® Channels.
Each interconnecting unit is manufactured complete with integrally cast
galvanised steel edge rails (K100/K200/K300) or for enhanced corrosion
resistance and aesthetics, stainless steel edge rails (KS100/KS200/KS300).
Channels are available with the developed V profile and continuous sloped runs
of 40m across all widths.
A variety of grates is available in different materials and
styles up to load class D (AS 3996). This is equivalent to approximately 8
tonne wheel load. There is also a specialist range of grates marketed under the
trademark, Heelsafe® Anti-Slip. These are pedestrian friendly grates with
certified slip ratings to AS 4586.
For quick fitting and removal during
installation and maintenance, all grates are locked down with the patented
boltless mechanism, QuickLok.

Installation requirements
ACO DRAIN
grated trench drain systems must be
encased in a concrete surround. A minimum concrete compressive strength of 25
MPa to NZS 3104 is recommended for the concrete surround. Refer to
the standard installation drawings for minimum dimensional requirements for the
concrete surround.
Specific site conditions may require an increase in these
dimensions or reinforcement. Ensure the concrete encasement is designed for the
application. Engineering advice may be required.

ACO Limited’s guarantees/warranties for the products supplied are stated on the ‘Standard Conditions of Sale’ in Clause 12 Guarantee.
