PaintPlus Scenic Flat® is a custom formulation for the scenic set artist. It may be used straight from the pail as an intense opaque finish, reduced with white to produce undertones, intermixed with other colours from the range, or diluted with water to create translucent colour washes. Scenic Flat® can also be used in light commercial or residential situations where a dark intense colour is required on a ceiling.
