ARDEX Adhesives designed to bond down resilient floor coverings in accordance with AS 1884:2021.
ARDEX Flooring adhesives are used under resilient flooring products to provide a suitable bond of the floor covering being installed. ARDEX Flooring Adhesives will assist the Floor Covering meeting the requirements of: Clause B2 DURABILITY: Clause B2 DURABILITY: Performance B2.3.1 (a), 5 years. Clause F2 HAZARDOUS BUILDING MATERIALS: Performance F2.3.1. Performance testing undertaken by ARDEX include bond strength, set times, length change, compatibility with floor covering etc. These parameters are all set internally for ARDEX to issue appropriate warranties. ARDEX Flooring adhesives are designed to exceed the life expectation of the top floor covering. All ARDEX Flooring adhesives are tested for VOC content.

No maintenance of the product is required. The floor covering must be maintained in accordance with the manufacturers instructions.
