Contribution to B2.3.1(c)(i) and (ii): Parky Pro Specification has a 5 Year Wear Resistance Warranty for Low Commercial use& a 15 Year Wear Resistance Warranty for residential use. Parky Summit Specification has a 10 Year Wear Resistance Warranty for Low Commercial use & a Limited Lifetime Year Wear Resistance Warranty for residential use. Parky Pro Plank has a wear resistance of ≥2000revolutions and a resistance to indentation rating of ≥30N/mm. Parky Summit Plank has a wear resistance of ≥6000 revolutions and a resistance to indentation rating of ≥40N/mm. Refer to the warranty documentation for further information. VidaSpace also provides and recommends a cleaning system range called WoodClinic.
Contribution to C3.4(a) and (b): Parky has a Cfl-S1 reaction to fire rating which is classified as ‘flame-retardant’. It also has a CRF rating of 5.8kW/m2. This allows Parky to be used in all flooring applications. Parky has a rating of Group 3 but can achieve a Group 1-S rating for use on walls and ceilings when an intumescent coating is applied such as Zone 92.
Contribution to D1.3.3: Parky has a slip resistance rating (SRV) of 62(dry)/47(wet) and can be used in areas where a rating of 62(dry)/47(wet) or less is required. When combined with an appropriate nosing, Parky can be used in commercial stair applications. Refer to the VidaSpace Stair Design Guide for further information.
Contribution to E3.3.3, E3.3.5, E3.3.6: Parky has a lacquer coating system that is impervious and easily cleaned. D4 PVA can be used in the joins 1.5m from sanitary fixtures and around the perimeter to show compliance to E3. Suitable for use in kitchens, laundries & powder rooms - refer to the E3 documentation (VidaSpace NZ Building Code Compliance Guide).
Contribution to F2.3.1: Parky is safe when handled, has no added formaldehyde, and achieves an E1 Formaldehyde Emission rating.
Contribution to G6.3.1, G6.3.2: Parky can be installed on acoustic underlay as a system suitable for multi-tenanted buildings. Refer to the build-up guide documents and Acoustic test documents. Provent Underlay is the recommended option for Floating Installation. WoodClinic Recycled Rubber Acoustic Underlay is the recommended underlay to be used for Glue Down Installation which helps exceed STC55 and IIC55 if needed in a multi-tenanted building.

Parky is a prime-grade veneer timber flooring product that is suitable for residential and commercial applications. Manufactured in Belgium, constructed using a 0.6mm European oak wear layer and HDF core. Parky comes in 10 colours, finished in a lacquer coating and is available in two profiles.
