Product Description
Fabwall is a pre-fabricated fabric covered acoustical wall panel with steel reinforced edges, Sonatex composite impact layer and available in a wide range of decorative fabric finishes.
Scope of use
- Triton Fabwall 25™ NRC 0.85, for small rooms.
- Triton Fabwall 40™ NRC 0.95, best for medium sized rooms.
- Triton Fabwall 50™ NRC 1.00, best for office, school, libraries.
- Triton Fabwall 75™ 100, 150 best for max sound absorption.
From low to high frequency, large volume spaces.
- Triton Fabwall 100 Bass, designed for low frequency
absorption.
Panel non-hydroscopic, dimensionally stable, max 90% R/H at 30°C. Refer specified fabric for limiting conditions.
Fire Group 1-S (subject to fabric selection).

The product will, if employed in accordance with the supplier's installation and maintenance requirements, assist with meeting the following provisions of the building code:

Triton Fabwall™ is a high sound absorbing fabric wrapped
acoustic wall or ceiling panel designed to provide an attractive
finish and control unwanted noise.
+/- 3mm tolerance.
Fire Group 1-S (subject to fabric selection).
GreenTag Level options subject to fabric type for Green Star ratings.
Mounting options for walls and ceiling applications.
Installation requirements
Triton Fabwall™ panels are a finishing trade. Installation shall
not commence until the building is water tight and all work
such as plastering, concrete, masonry, carpentry, painting is
complete and site free of dust and debris. Not for high impact
prone areas, consult Asona for impact resistant acoustic
panels options.
Wall mounting non accessible —concealed impaling plates
with adhesive fix, or semi concealed side impaling brackets.
Wall mounting accessible— aluminium split rail and Z clips.
Ceiling mounting—semi concealed side impaling brackets.
Maintenance requirements
Clean with vacuum, soft brush or damp cloth. Re-surfacing of
soiled panels available, consult Asona.
Warrantees
15 year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
Environmental
Core from 80% recycled local glass waste. Product can be renewed. Low VOC. <0.05
Low VOC, GreenTag certified / Level A.
