Product Description

Triton Fabwall™ is a high sound absorbing fabric wrapped acoustic wall or ceiling panel system designed to provide an attractive finish and control unwanted noise. 

Fabwall™ is available in a wide range of thicknesses, sizes and finishes, allowing almost limitless design and acoustic options.

Also available as Triton Fabwall 50/100 /150 Bass panels, designed for low frequency absorption and Triton Fabwall SB, a continuous site-built membrane system. Refer individual Technical Data Sheets for specific details.

Scope of use

• Triton Fabwall 25™ NRC 0.85, for small rooms.
• Triton Fabwall 40™ NRC 0.95, best for medium sized rooms.
• Triton Fabwall 50™ NRC 1.00, best for office, school, libraries.
• Triton Fabwall 75™ 100, 150, 300, best for max sound absorption. For high frequency, large volume spaces.   

New Zealand Building Code (NZBC)

The product will, if employed in accordance with the supplier's installation and maintenance requirements, assist with meeting the following provisions of the building code:

• Clause B2 Durability: Performance B2.3.1(c)

  Clause B2.3.1 (c) (i): 5 years if building elements are easy to access and replace.

  Asona Triton Fabwall with only normal maintenance will have a minimum durability of at least 5 years when installed in accordance with; manufacturer’s installation requirements.

  In use history. No test methods available.

• Clause C3 Fire affecting areas beyond the fire source: Performance C3.4(a)

  Clause C/AS2 3.4(a):

  Asona Triton Fabwall  has a Fire Material Group Number 1-S by NZBC verification method C/VM2 Appendix A, tested in accordance with ISO 5660 or ISO 9705, as tested with polyester fabric. Other fabrics 2-S, 2 and 3. Please consult Asona.

Triton Fabwall™ is a high sound absorbing fabric wrapped acoustic wall or ceiling panel designed to provide an attractive finish and control unwanted noise. 

Permanent and removable mounting options for walls.

Available in a wide range of thicknesses, sizes and fabric finishes which allows multiple aesthetic and acoustic options.

Installation requirements

Triton Fabwall™ panels are a finishing trade. Installation shall not commence until the building is water tight and all work such as plastering, concrete, masonry, carpentry, painting is complete and site free of dust and debris. Not for high impact prone areas, consult Asona for impact resistant acoustic panels options.

Wall mounting non accessible —concealed impaling plates with adhesive fix. 

Wall mounting accessible— aluminium split rail and or semi concealed side impaling brackets.

• For interior use only, and not in direct contact with water.

• Maximum humidity/temperature 90% R/H at 30°C.

• Panels with digital printed fabric must not butt together due to image creep formed during the printing process. If large panel images are required then use Fabwall SB stretch fabric site built system with wide format fabric.

Maintenance requirements

Clean with vacuum, soft brush or damp cloth. Re-surfacing of soiled panels available, consult Asona. 

Warrantees

15 year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
