Available in Horizontal slats, angled slats, Vertical slats or a most popular the vertical batten no weld two piece system able to span long lengths to create a bespoke design that brings creativity and detail to and exterior design.
We provide a range of batten depths and sizes that can either be combined for texture or use the same size to achieve the desired look.
The PS1 for this system can cover F4 (safety from falling) so its perfect on the edge of deck or Juliet balcony.
Scope of use
Our screens are an excellent choice for an exterior privacy/design feature. They can also act as safety from falling providing a great privacy or sun screen in exterior living spaces at height.
For the vertical batten screens our design parameters, allow us maximum spans without needing cross bars mid way to allow for maximum views and maximum protection.

The product will, if employed in accordance with the supplier's installation and maintenance requirements, assist with meeting the following provisions of the building code:
- Clause B1 Structure: Performance B1.3.4(a), B1.3.4(b)
- Clause F4 Safety from falling: Performance F4.3.1, F4.3.4(b), F4.3.4(c), F4.3.4(d), F4.3.4(e)

Maintenance requirements
To maintain the appearance and protective properties of your powder coated surfaces you need to routinely clean the surface to remove dirt and grime.All you need is a gentle clean with a soft brush and mild detergent, followed by a fresh water rinse.In normal environments cleaning should occur every 12 months, in coastal areas or environments, cleaning should occur every 3 months. In beachfront, marine environments cleaning should be increased to monthly.
