Design requirements
Jamb type & finish:
- Timber flat, timber grooved, in pine or nominated species
- AluSealed aluminium grooved jambs
Can be specified with almost any choice of door, including aluminium CS DoorLeaves.
Door carrying capacity 200kg.
Installation requirements
Lintels over the full trim size (opening and pocket) should be sized to ensure that no load is applied to the door assembly. Lintels to NZS3604 are acceptable for door weights up to 75kg per metre width of door. Specific design required when the door weight exceeds 75kg per metre.
Nominate which side of the cavity pocket the maintenance access panel will be situated.
Maintenance requirements
Refer to CS FOR DOORS detailed instructions for preparation and finishing of the door opening and final door installation.
Regular maintenance checks should be carried out in accordance wth the instructions on the operation manual supplied with the unit. Any service requirements should be referred to one of our four branches
Warrantees
5 year warranty applies to CS Automatic Units. (12 months on electronic components).
Door leaves carry the warranty of the original manufacturer.
