PIR Roof / Wall panels are a structurally tested panel offering unbeatable insulation properties, acoustic rating, moisture resistance, durability and fire resistance. All of these properties combined allow for greater energy efficiency, faster installation, no deterioration of airtightness or R value to give lifetime performance
Available in standard thickness of 50, 75, 100, 150mm and standard colour range to choose from. The PIR insulation foam is sandwiched between zinc/aluminium alloy coated steel skins which are rolled formed to create the required profile. Other colours and paint finishes are available to help meet your design and performance needs.
Conqueror NZ is the only PIR foam core panel manufacturer in the country providing nationwide service from our 7,500m2 Christchurch plant. This continuous production line gives us diversity, shorter lead times & the unique ability to manufacture panels in lengths up to 24m, meaning greater flexibility in building design.
