The Codemark Newton System 500©: This internal waterproofing solution works by creating a controlled drainage path which prevents water from penetrating internal spaces, effectively mitigating the risk of dampness and structural damage.
Suitable for areas with challenging soil conditions, high water tables, or buildings situated in flood and seismic-prone zones. It provides an extra layer of protection against groundwater and surface water intrusion, keeping the interior dry and safe.
The Newton system can be installed as a remedial standalone system or within a new build and is able to be maintained to be effective in the NZ built environment.
