MEGAFORM blocks are manufactured by injection moulding of building grade EPS. Building grade EPS used contains non bromide fire retardant and is fire rated and tested to AS 1366. The moulded density of the product is +/- 5% of 24 grams per litre based on a moulded thickness of65mm. The plastic inserts are moulded in during production to maximise the integrity of the bridging component.
The MEGAFORM Series 230 block is designed for single storey and internal load bearing walls. It has applications for small retaining walls.
