MEGAFORM blocks are manufactured by injection moulding of building grade EPS. Building grade EPS used contains non bromide fire retardant and is fire rated and tested to AS 1366. The moulded density of the product is +/- 5% of 24 grams per litre based on a moulded thickness of 65mm. The plastic inserts are moulded in during production to maximise the integrity of the bridging component.
MEGAFORM series 280 block is designed for up to three storey external walls and internal loadbearing walls. Also used for retaining walls to 3 m.
