Hometech Energy Recovery System (ERS)

Product Description

The ERS - Energy Recovery System is a "balanced" air system which extracts stale unwanted air and recovers and re-uses warm extracted air from within the home.  

Modern homes whereby construction methods create "airtight" environments are best suited to installation of an ERS.   

Scope of Use:

• 2 sizes - < 350sqm and  >350sqm
• For two / three level construction - allowance for "between level installation" must be made. Consult at drawing stage.
• Used in dwelling situations where noise requirements do not allow opening windows to road frontage.

 Features:

• Detects humidity levels in the house and automatically adjusts accordingly
• Improves air quality with the extraction of stale air, replacing it with fresh air
• Heat exchange core warms air from exterior before passing into the house
• Lifetime warranty on polypropylene heat exchange core 
• Optional damper switch;  operates when air outside is extreme (heat or cold).  Changes the system to circulate only.
