Providing the convenience of being a primer, sealer, & undercoat in one, it is suitable for use with both water-based acrylic and oil-based topcoats. Dulux 1 Step has excellent hiding, stain blocking, tannin blocking and resists rust staining from nail heads, bolts, and other metals, ensuring ideal preparation for your surface.
