The Pacific Hospital door set includes features designed to increase impact resistance and durability in high-use situations.
The solid-core, flush-panel door is pre-hung on high quality steel hinges in a steel frame. Doors are available as single leaf or pair leaf, finished in a variety of facings.
The standard door set is intended for interior use only.
LEAF TYPE
Core: Solid Core
Capping: Pacific anodised aluminium extrusion capping to vertical edges.
Facings: High Pressure Laminate (e.g. Formica or HPL) or sheet Vinyl (preferably flooring grade) over Medium Density Fibreboard.
Leaf Thickness: Nominal 47mm thick.
Leaf Sizes: The Hospital door set is available for manufacture to any practical size to suit client requirements. Thought should be given to the available sizes of leaf facings so that there are no visible joins, and so that the structural integrity of the door is not compromised.
