Product Description
WoodSafe™-interior is a factory applied fire rated solution used to impregnate the timber to provide non-combustible, fire rated timber surfaces. No on site fire treatment is required.
WoodSafe™-interior is available:
•In various wood species.
•As boards, battens or sheets
•Any profile from all major timber merchants.
•As finished timber supplied direct from Fireshield or direct from most major timber merchants. Contact Fireshield for more information.
RECOMMENDED USE WoodSafe™-interior timbers are for interior environments and achieve the following group surface rating: New Zealand Group 1-S
WoodSafe™-interior treated timbers can be used in the following environments in accordance with EN16755:
•Dry internal environments with a maximum constant relative humidity of 75%.
For exterior use, Type A cladding and internal areas with humidity over 75% / wet areas use WoodSafe™-exterior treated timbers.
