From an expansive wall or ceiling/sarking lining to a statement area, whether in residential commercial, retail or hospitality, Hermpac custom panelling and boards/battens offers an endless scope for design.
The warmth and varied tones of timber, along with its acoustic and thermal properties, all add to the overall appeal of utilising internal timber as the 'hero' theme.
Fire coating options available for all timber species in a comprehensive range of profiles to achieve required Group Surface Ratings of 3-1S.

A wide range of timber specie options are available to meet your design brief, including American White Oak, American White Ash, DuraLarch™, Yellow Cedar, Western Red Cedar, Ashin™, Accoya & Accoya Grey.
Hermpac SuperSolid™ European Oak tongue and groove engineered flooring can also be used to create a complementary finish, with options for this to also line walls and ceilings.
Recommended finish includes options for suitable interior oil, stain or paint to create a serviceable finish.

Scope of use
Interior applications
- Hermpac panelling and boards/battens can be direct fix to timber battens/framing, or installed over a plywood or MDF, plasterboard substrate
- Panelling profiles can be fixed to Rondo ceiling system using Hermpac panelling clips and specialty fixings.
- 9-12mm panelling installed at 400-450mm centres (depending on specie and fixing methodology)
- 18-28mm panelling installed at 400-600mm centres (depending on specie and fixing methodology)
Load considerations - ensure the roof trusses can carry the load of the specified specie and profile/s. Contact Hermpac for confirmation of per sqm weight for your chosen timber lining.
