Product Description
Triton Fabwall™ is a pre-fabricated fabric covered acoustical ceiling and wall panel with steel reinforced edges, Sonatex™ composite impact layer and available in a wide range of decorative fabric finishes.
25mm, 40mm, 50mm, 75mm, 100mm, 150mm thickness options. Width to 1200 mm, length to 2400 mm.
High sound absorption, NRC 0.85 to NRC 1.05 for effective reduction in background noise and reverberation. Sonatex™ composite interlayer provides impact resistance and a firm smooth feel under the fabric lining. Smooth wrinkle free surface.
Scope of use
- Fabwall 25™ NRC 0.85, for small rooms
- Fabwall 40™ NRC 0.95 for medium rooms
- Fabwall 50™ NRC 1.00, best for office, school, halls, libraries
- Fabwall 75™ 100 best for maximum sound absorption from low to high frequency, large volume spaces, studios.
- Fabwall 100 Bass, designed for low frequency absorption.
Panel non-hydroscopic, dimensionally stable, max 90% R/H at 30°C. Refer specified fabric for limiting conditions.
New Zealand Building Code (NZBC)
The product will, if employed in accordance with the supplier's installation and maintenance requirements, assist with meeting the following provisions of the building code:
- Clause B2 Durability: Performance B2.3.1, B2.3.2
- Clause C3 Fire affecting areas beyond the fire source: Performance C3.4
- Clause F2 Hazardous building materials: Performance F2.3.1

Installation requirements
Installation to be only by the manufacturer’s approved installer, using the manufacturer’s technical services. Provide evidence of experience, listing completed projects of similar size and complexity.
Install the system to manufacturer's requirements. Mount panels to structure using factory supplied Z bar, L brackets on glue fix to structure
Do not begin installation until the building is closed in, dry and mechanical and electrical duct work completed and interior is clean and free of dust and dirt.
Maintenance requirements
Clean with a soft brush. Renew & Recycle programme available.
