Product Criteria
Design requirements
Triton 25 Woodlook™ is a cost effective fire group 1-S perforated
acoustic ceiling panel with a wood look low pressure laminate
(LPL) finish. Made in NZ, the high sound absorbing panels are
designed to control unwanted noise reverberation. Panels are
available in a range of sizes and decorative wood print (or colour)
Sonaris™ perforated acoustic laminate patterns.
Triton 25 Woodlook™ is ideal for use in corporate offices, lobbies,
showrooms, retail, hospitality, libraries and schools.
Woodlook™ panels are normally used as a tile installed into Rondo DONN exposed grid systems, for cost effective installation and lightweight seismic ceilings.
Installation requirements
Shall not commence until the building is water tight and
dry.
Light fittings shall be independently supported, use
hold down clips in areas of wind uplift.
For suspended ceilings it is recommended that air grilles be installed in the
ceiling to balance air pressure differentials.
Not for air
return plenums.
Tiles available with temporary protective foil covering to
keep the panels clean during installation. Ideal for service tiles.
For seismic design please consult a structural engineer.
Maintenance requirements
Clean with a vacuum, soft brush or damp cloth.
Re-surfacing of damaged panels available, consult Asona.
Warrantees
15 year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
Environmental
NZ manufactured / very low embodied energy materials, superior
to imported competitor alternatives. Manufactured locally vs. imported. Lower
freight energy costs vs. imports. Contain 85% recycled NZ glass waste vs.
imported waste. Packaging is from local recycled material and is reused where
possible. High insulation ratings help conserve heating and cooling energy
costs over the life of the building. Provides local employment in manufacture
and distribution.
We
offer our clients a Renew and Reuse stewardship program to renovate and recycle
old, soiled or lightly damaged panels with new decorative and acoustic
laminates (on site or at the factory), thereby extending their service life
instead of consigning them to landfill or the cost of total replacement. The
objective is to extend product life cycle, lower maintenance costs, reduce
wastage to land fill and to lower the environmental impact of acoustical
finishes. For more information please contact Asona Ltd.
