Product Description

Aquagard M-40R is a high performance, one component, high solid, low odour, thixotropic polyurethane elastomeric waterproofing membrane. It is specially formulated for easy roller application and is a permanently flexible, tough, high build, long-life waterproof barrier.

Suitable for application to verticals.
Use with reinforcing fabric over joints and crack repairs when over coating with Aquagard M-UVR or Ultraure A-80 trafficable membranes.
Must be protected from UV using an approved topcoat.
Not for direct pedestrian use – overcoat with Aquagard M-UVR or Ultraure A-80 membranes.
One coat coverage can be achieved on most surfaces.
Seamless, delivering waterproofing integrity
Fully bonded to substrate, preventing water migration
Robust with wide application temperature and humidity range
Environmentally friendly with zero or low VOC grades
Elastomeric, accommodating structural movement and bridging concrete shrinkage cracks
