Product Description

SikaHyflex -250 Façade is used for highly flexible joint sealing and waterproofing of movement and connection joints in building envelopes. It has a wide adhesion profile and is an ideal professional sealant for most types of cladding systems.

Features and Uses

Cyclic movement capability of +100% extension and -50% compression
Very good UV and weathering resistance
Ideal for sealing joints in precast concrete panels, insitu concrete, masonry, brickwork, EIFS
Ideal for sealing joints in composite aluminium cladding and metal sheet systems
Ideal as a peripheral seal around aluminium, metal, timber and PVC window systems
Conforms to ISO 11600 F 25LM, ASTM c 920 class 100/50, EN 1561-1 F EXT-INT 25LM
Solvent free. EMICODE EC1PLUS R, LEED v4 EQc 2: Low Emitting Materials
