MEGAFORM blocks are manufactured by injection moulding of building grade EPS. Building grade EPS used contains non bromide fire retardant and is fire rated and tested to AS 1366. Themoulded density of the product is +/- 5% of 24 grams per litre based on a moulded thickness of65mm. The plastic inserts are moulded in during production to maximise the integrity of the bridging component.
The MEGAFORM series 330 block is designed for multi storey external load bearing walls and large retaining walls.
