MAXRaft 320/400 is engineered to suit the specific requirements of the site and house design. Our 320mm or 400mm design is generally used on ground that is soft, expansive or deemed TC2. The slab height can be customised to suit the requirements of the project.
Using a POD layout the perimeter MAXRaft profile remain similar in design with all areas in the ribs and thickenings insulated to ensure a complete thermal envelope.
Our BRANZ appraisal makes the council process easier and MAXRaft's engineers are available to handle the PS1. MAXRaft has a library of details available should they be required including brick, schist, step downs, frost heave and sloping sites.
In most locations MAXRaft is able to offer a fully installed slab as well as the supply of materials only nationwide. With simple installation MAXRaft's Onsite Guide enables builders to easily install the slab should that better suit their time and budget.
