Pro Clima SOLITEX MENTO 3000 Connect

Product Description

Mento 3000 connect is a high performance three layer synthetic roof underlay with integrated self adhesive strips to seal laps, and is BRANZ Appraised (No 855) for use as per E2/AS1, or under the 'Pro Clima method' with counter battens and purlins above. 

Mento 3000 connect is fire retardant, and self supporting out to 1200mm without the need for wire mesh. When using the 'Pro Clima installation method' below 10 degree roof pitch, a solid substrate is required for support of the underlay.  

The Product consists of a non-porous but diffusion open TEEE film sandwiched between two layers of polypropylene microfibre fleece which protect the film from damage and UV radiation.  The top layer of fleece is coloured Black with Product branding and lap marking in white.  As the product is non-porous, insulation can be installed against the underside, as the 'tenting effect' does not occur.  Mento 3000 connect can be exposed to UV for 90 days before the roofing is installed.
