Product Description

Sikaflex -400 Fire is a polyurethane sealant designed for fire rated movement / connection joints and penetrations in porous and non porous substrates. The product has very good flexibility, weatherability and durability.

Features and Uses

• Up to 4 hours fire resistance tested according to AS 1530.4 and EN 1366-4
• Excellent cyclic movement capability +35% expansion and +35% contraction
• Not water based which makes it ideal for exterior applications
• PU technology gives long term movement and durability
• Use for exterior sealing between precast concrete façade panels, masonry blockwork etc
• Can be used in conjunction with interior acrylic sealants such as Sika Firerate.
• Environmental: Conforms with LEED v4 EQc 2: Low Emitting Materials
• Can be overpainted
• Available in Concrete Grey
