Ryanfire 502 Board

Product Description

Ryanfire 502 is a high density rock fibre board coated on both faces with Ryanfire Mastic, an ablative fire resistant acrylic coating. The coating provides additional protection to the stone wool core and prevents the passage of hot gasses thereby reducing heat conduction.

The 502 board must be used together with Ryanfire Mastic for sealing around penetrating services and supporting construction elements.

502 has been specifically designed to reinstate the fire performance of fire rated walls and floors breached by service penetrations. It can be used in a wide range of walls: masonry, concrete, plasterboard, Korok, unlined timber frame, and floors: concrete, composite, timber infill, PLT, FR plasterboard ceiling, and unlined timber frame.

Ryanfire 502 board is also used for the Ryanfire Naked Wall/Floor System.
