Large doors require specialist framing techniques. Doors over 1210mm wide are manufactured with steel inserts on all 4 sides for stability, and extra wide doors (1400mm +) have 1 or more extra vertical steel inserts for added stability. We also offer a range of different door constructions for our standard doors (up to 2400 x 910) to allow trimming off both the height and width.
Other doors include fire doors, acoustic doors, sliding doors, X-Ray room doors, and speciality doors for hygienic applications. All performance doors are supplied pre-hung as a door set comprising the frame, hinges, seals and vision panels all factory fitted.
