Polyflor Acoustifoam is a closed cell PVC foam backing sheet specifically designed to significantly reduce impact sound in hospitals, schools, high rise apartment buildings and other locations where noise reduction is required as part of an acoustic system. Acoustifoam is designed as an acoustic backing for sheet vinyl. Installed beneath Polyflor 2mm gauge sheet vinyl products such as Polyflor Forest FX, Polyflor Pearlazzo PUR, Polyflor Prestige PUR, Polysafe Verona PUR and Polysafe Standard PUR, Acoustifoam will achieve an Impact Sound Reduction of 19dB. Polyflor Acoustifoam is available in roll form, rolls being 20lm x 2.0m wide Polyflor Acoustifoam is available in a 2.0mm gauge.
