Product Description
Scope of use
The System is designed to be used either on Exterior Membrane surfaces to create a level platform for improved indoor outdoor flow. or to create a permeable level Tile platform over concrete pads and Compact metal to inspire spaces which cant have permanent coverage.
The tile platforms utilize the patented technology to reducing clunking and improve alignment of tiles.
New Zealand Building Code (NZBC)
The product will, if employed in accordance with the supplier's installation and maintenance requirements, assist with meeting the following provisions of the building code:
- Clause B1 Structure: Performance B1.3.4, B1.3.4(a), B1.3.4(b)
- Clause B2 Durability: Performance B2.3.1(b)
- Clause E2 External moisture: Performance E2.3.1, E2.3.7(a)

Design requirements
To be used in accordance with PS1 design
When installed over waterproof membranes, the waterproof membrane suppliers documentation should be reviewed.
Specific wind uplift requirements for the building/site should be considered when specifying
Installation requirements
To be installed to the manufactures guidelines with precuations followed and the correct materials used.
Must use 20mm Structural tiles for Tile platforms
Must not penetrate waterproofing.
Must use either 600x 600 or 600 x 900 Structural tiles.
Aluminium joists must be spaced at 400ctrs when using Timber overlay
Maintenance requirements
must be installed to manufacturers guidelines, follow the maintenance guide supplied in PS3. Low maintenance product.
