                                                                    Scope of use
                                                                    Mapeplan TPO membrane has been appraised with the following scope:
    - E2AS1 - acceptable solution
 
    - Substrates of plywood , strand sarking (roof only) and suspended concrete slab.
 
    - Min roof falls of 1:30 , concrete roofs 1:60 , decks 1:40
 
    - Deck size limited to 40m2
 
    - NZS 3604 , up to and including extra high
 
    - Roofs as decks or balcony's need to be protected by a pedestal floating system
    
 
                                                                 
                                                                
                                                                
                                                                    New Zealand Building Code (NZBC)
                                                                    The product will, if employed in accordance with the supplier's installation and maintenance requirements, assist with meeting the following provisions of the building code:
                                                                    - Clause B2 Durability: Performance  B2.3.1(b)
 - Clause E2 External moisture: Performance  E2.3.1, E2.3.2, E2.3.6

                                                                    Installation requirements
                                                                    Installation must be completed by a Mapei NZ ltd approved applicator.
Installation quality is the sole responsibility of the Mapei NZ ltd approved applicator.
                                                                 
                                                                
                                                                
                                                                    Maintenance requirements
                                                                    Care and Maintenance is the full responsibility of the building owner.
A care and Maintenance document will be provided with all durability warranty applications.
                                                                 
                                                                
                                                                
                                                                    Warrantees
                                                                    Durability Warranty Periods.
20 years Durability for roofing & decking. 
Care and Maintenance forms part of the warranty requirements.
