The Tru-Gard 910mm high double rail barrier ensures robust safety in traffic management, protecting personnel, buildings, and assets from forklift impacts. With a double rail design, it offers enhanced protection and a higher strength rating. The bottom rail can be positioned 100mm off the ground or at ground level for defense against fork tines.

The modular system can be configured to fit any site layout, with post centers at 1.1m to ensure effective impact absorption. The barrier can stop a 7T vehicle at 6.3km/h and complies with AS/NZS 1170.1 Section 3.8 standards. A pedestrian handrail can also be mounted for added safety.
