Product Description

PIR Insulated Cool Room panels are designed to be used for walls and ceilings, food processing facilities, clean rooms, pharmaceuticals, chillers / cool rooms and freezers. The simple male and female joint system allows for easy installation and is ideal for temperature-controlled environments. The panels can be installed horizontally or vertically and come in two distinctive profiles.

Available in standard thickness of 50, 75, 100, 150, 200mm and standard colour range to choose from. The PIR insulation foam is sandwiched between zinc/aluminium alloy coated steel skins which are rolled formed to create the required profile.

Conqueror NZ is the only PIR foam core panel manufacturer in the country providing nationwide service from our 7,500m2 Christchurch plant. This continuous production line gives us diversity, shorter lead times & the unique ability to manufacture panels in lengths up to 24m, meaning greater flexibility in building design.
