THERMATEX Alpha ceiling tiles are made of high density, bio-soluble mineral wool. The light weight perforated board is an outstanding sound absorber. With a strong white surface the appearance of THERMATEX Alpha is smooth and elegant.

• Sizes: 1200 x 600mm
• Thickness / weight: 35 mm (c. 9.5 kg/m²)
• Sound absorption: Exceptional sound absorption to optimise the reverberation time and improve the overall acoustic environment with NRC up to 0.85 (as per ASTM C 423-01).
• Sound Attenuation: Good sound attenuation with a Dn,c,w rating of 26 dB (as per EN 20140-9) or CAC 42 dB as per ASTM E413-10 (19mm)
• Humidity: Suitable for environments with a constant relative humidity of up to 95%
• Light reflectance: Up to 88%
• Fire resistance Group 1-S(as per ISO 5660 Parts 1 and 2)
• Clean room Class 4 as per ISO 14644-1
• Colour White similar to RAL 9010
