Resene Broadwall 3 in 1 surfacer, sealer, finish coat

Product Description

Broadwall 3 in 1 is for use over stopped and jointed wall systems in place of traditional surfacers & sealers. It equalises surface porosities; smoothes minor surface irregularities; minimises textural differences; and provides a perfect base for subsequent Resene finishes. A key element to achieving a level 5 finish on paperfaced plasterboard. Suitable for use as a surfacer, sealer and finish coat on ceilings in dry areas.

Typical Uses:

• Air-dry (polymer based) stoppings and finishing compounds
• Gypsum based stoppings and finishing compounds
• Paperfaced plasterboard
• Timber, reconstituted timber products

Performance:

1. Good adhesion to stoppings and finishing compounds
2. Provides an excellent base for a wide range of Resene coatings
3. Excellent sanding properties
4. Replaces surfacer and sealer coats in dry areas
5. May be tinted to light colours for use as a finish coat on ceilings in dry areas
