Flexible seals absorb limited serviceable seismic movement and provide a secure fit and optimal flexibility. The frames are adaptable to multiple floor finishes including concrete, VCT & sheet vinyl. Snap-fit design provides for easy on-site installation while an optional vapor barrier slides into the frame for easy installation. Fits over any floor finish
