Product Description

Aquagard M-40R is a high performance, one component, high solid, low odour, thixotropic polyurethane elastomeric waterproofing membrane. It is specially formulated for easy roller application and is a permanently flexible, tough, high build, long-life waterproof barrier.

• Suitable for application to verticals.
• Use with reinforcing fabric over joints and crack repairs when over coating with Aquagard M-UVR or Ultraure A-80 trafficable membranes. 
• Must be protected from UV using an approved topcoat.
• Not for direct pedestrian use – overcoat with Aquagard M-UVR or Ultraure A-80 membranes. 
• One coat coverage can be achieved on most surfaces.
• Seamless, delivering waterproofing integrity
• Fully bonded to substrate, preventing water migration
• Robust with wide application temperature and humidity range
• Environmentally friendly with zero or low VOC grades
• Elastomeric, accommodating structural movement and bridging concrete shrinkage cracks
