Product Description

Supercrete Soundfloor is a lightweight 75mm thick panel that can be fixed to timber or steel joists. Panels' are steel reinforced and have tongue and grooved edges, with a stock size of 1800mm x 600mm. Panels are edge glued with Supercoat AAC Superbond adhesive and fastened to joists using a combination of construction adhesive and screw fastenings. The feel of a rigid concrete floor can therefore be achieved, with the added benefits of acoustic, thermal and fire-proofing. The panel dimensions and unique light weight characteristics allow for ease of installation on sites with difficult access, such as pole framed construction. The Supercrete Panels' smooth surface provides an excellent substrate for any type of floor covering without the need for any additional preparation.
