Description: Roofrite Acrylic Roof Topcoat is a Premium 100% Acrylic Roof Coating which gives a tough, dirt resistant surface. Excellent gloss retention in early and extended weathering.
Formulated using pure acrylic resins it is an ideal topcoat for all properly prepared and primed roofing surfaces including Galvanized Iron, Fibre-Cement, Concrete & Stone chip roof tiles.
Features and Benefits:
- Excellent adhesion to primed and correctly prepared old paintwork.
- Can be used on properly prepared substrate types and may be used for the collection of drinking water.
- A durable gloss, semi gloss or Matt finish.
Limitations:Do not apply when ambient temperature is below 8°C or surface temperature is above 40ºC
