Installation requirements
Refer to the “How To Install” and “Install Torque Specs” documents, and page 9 of the “ThunderBolt®PRO Catalogue” via the link provided.
Installation Steps:
Drill a hole using the correct diameter bit to the required embedment depth plus at least one anchor diameter deeper.
Caution: Drill perpendicular to the surface (max 5° deviation) to avoid anchor breakage.
Clean all dust and debris from the hole.
Caution: Do not use worn drill bits outside tolerance, as this can affect performance.
Install the anchor using a torque wrench or impact driver. Apply pressure to engage the thread, then tighten until the flange head is firmly seated.
Caution: Do not exceed recommended torque, this may cause breakage.
Installation complete.
Caution: Do not over tighten.
Torque: Always follow product-specific torque specs from technical data sheets, product guides, or labels.
