Product Description
Scope of use
For a cost
effective balcony glass balustrade option. Simple and easy, but add some tint
or colour to the glass to create a solid barrier where that privacy is
needed
Works well
on apartment balconies as well as social and multi residential projects. With
the tinted or painted glass, this can give any breezeway a bit of
colour,
Glass
design shall be in accordance with NZS 4223: Part 1, 3 and 4 and Acceptable
Solution B1/AS1 or specific engineers design to B1/VM1 of NZBC
New Zealand Building Code (NZBC)
The product will, if employed in accordance with the supplier's installation and maintenance requirements, assist with meeting the following provisions of the building code:
- Clause B1 Structure: Performance B1.3.4(a)
- Clause B2 Durability: Performance B2.3.1(a)
- Clause F2 Hazardous building materials: Performance F2.3.3(a), F2.3.3(b)

Installations
must be in accordance with the manufacturer’s and engineer’s specifications.
Consideration
needs to be given to the durability and compatibility of materials in contact
(barrier material, fixings and fixing substrate) prior to installation.
