Stonebloc Gravity Retaining Wall

Product Description

Stonebloc is a gravity retaining wall system best suited for walls 0 - 2m high and up to 12 kpa surcharge.

At the heart of the system is a series of large concrete blocks with a unique interlocking shear key. The blocks weigh between 300 and 900kg and stack on top of each other in a running bond pattern. The wall uses the combined mass of the blocks to resist overturning.

Generic, consent ready designs are available based on independent testing undertaken by the University of Auckland.

The block size and interlocking sheer key mean the blocks self align during installation - providing a very fast, very efficient system with two semi-skilled staff able to install up to 120m2 of wall per day.

We've future-proofed the wall with the blocks able to be non-destructively dismantled with ease for maintenance or reuse. 

The blocks incorporate a split stone texture on the face of the blocks to provide a timeless finish. The facial texture can be easily customised, as can the colour of the block.
