Product Description
Scope of use
Our product is a great choice when building a floating timber platform. It enables the structure to be built to a low profile, preferably to be built above a solid substrate that being a membrane deck surface or concrete patio.
The aluminium frame is constructed with 30-40-3mm thick aluminium extrusions and connected directly to the Anchorjaks
ideal for raising up an outdoor area while still being able to run utilities below and allowing drainage.
Timber or composite timber is screwed directly to the frame to create a fast and efficient installation with a quality feel underfoot.
New Zealand Building Code (NZBC)
The product will, if employed in accordance with the supplier's installation and maintenance requirements, assist with meeting the following provisions of the building code:
- Clause B1 Structure: Performance B1.3.3(b), B1.3.4(a), B1.3.4(b)
- Clause B2 Durability: Performance B2.3.1(a), B2.3.2(a), B2.3.2(b)
- Clause E2 External moisture: Performance E2.3.3, E2.3.7(a)
Notes
Anchorjak aluminium Frames must be installed in correlation with manufacturers specifications.
Timber must be screwed with Timber to Aluminium screws to allow access to utilities or waterproofing beneath.
Spacing of Jacks should not exceed specified distances.

Design requirements
To be used in accordance with PS1 design
Installation requirements
To be installed to the manufactures guidelines with precautions followed and the correct materials used over corresponding substrate
Must not penetrate waterproofing.
Aluminium joists must be spaced at 400ctrs when using Timber overlay
Maintenance requirements
Customer to care for aluminium as per the Aluminium maintenance guidelines.
Warrantees
Manufacturers warranty, 5 years based on the PS3 of installer.
