WHERE TO USE
Additix PE is an additive which must only be used together with epoxy and polyurethane products to make them thicker and thixotrophic
Some application examples
- When 2-5% in weight is added to Primer MF or Primer SN, the porosity of the concrete in the substrate is closed to avoid the formation of tiny bubbles of air and defects which rise to the surface after the successive application of resin coatings
- When added to Mapefloor I 30 SL or Mapefloor I 300 SL, the product becomes thicker so that it may be used to form shells and base-blocks
- When added to Mapecoat I 24, Mapecoat W, Biblock or polyurethane systems, the thixotropicity of the products is increased so that they may be used for high-thick coatings or for treating walls
