Attic Stairs require minimal swing space for operation. The rough opening of the attic stairs is 600 x 1300mm / 700 x 1300mm and when folded up, the sections are concealed inside the attic space so are well hidden from the room below. Fakro Attic Stairs are fully-assembled including a ceiling lid, easily installed and height adjustable. The hatch is operated by an opening rod (supplied).
All stairs are fitted with a wooden box and peripheral seal to ensure the hatch closes flush and tight. Patented corner hinges re-enforce the rigidity of the box and prevent movement diagonally. The external hatch is smooth without visible fixing elements. Fakro attic stairs come with a 3 year warranty. Maximum load is 200kg.
