Zone provide a clear intumescent paint for wood that is ideal for painting or upgrading existing wood or timber surfaces to either 30 or 60 minutes fire protection.
From a sustainable point of view, this removes the need to replace existing building materials, contributing to time savings on site during the construction process.
- FZ42 can be applied by brush, roller or spray insitu
- Suitable for use over solid timber and wood-products such as MDF board
- Is able to go over an existing painted or varnished surface with no need to strip them
- Tested by WarringtonFire to BS476.20 and 22
- Internal use only
