Evidence
The product meets the requirements set out in the following documents, or relevant parts of cited standards within the documents:
When used in building work, DesignerSplash and the aluminum finishing trims will contribute to building work through compliance with building code obligations that apply to the product and its installation.
Design requirements
DesignerSplash is an aluminium composite panel intended for internal use where an impervious lining is required.
DesignerSplash comprises 0.5mm aluminium skins with a high-density mineral fibre core (3mm). The panels are supplied in a variety of sizes and colours.
DesignerSplash comes with PSP aluminium finishing trims.
When installed, it will contribute to compliance with E3 (internal moisture) of the building.
The panels are fixed to the substrate with an MS polymer-based adhesive in conjunction with the finish trims. Suitable substrates include plasterboard, timber substrates, tiles, HPL linings, PVC linings, and masonry.
The system must be designed, specified, installed, and maintained with all of PSP Limited requirements.
