Overview
Used as a part of an integrated smoke control system, this smoke curtain is essentially a roller blind with a heat resistant fabric. In the event of a fire, an electronic signal allows the curtain to unroll at a controlled rate to a pre-set height, even in a power outage. These automatic smoke curtains are gravity fail safe and individual curtains can be installed adjacent to one another to give a continuous bank of curtains.
